MaxiCom MK808, Renault car gateway unlock is not functional

    Hello. I have MK808 and Renault Talisman/SM6 Ph2 car.

    I need to unlock Renault Security Gateway. So, I update MK808's Renault Update to latest version.

    But, When I connect Reanult Car and VIN Check, there is no pop-up for Gateway Unlock Screen.

    So, I can't execute command requires Gateway unlock. MK808 says communication error.

    I checked every menus & pages related gateway unlock, but not exist.

    I need support required, please.
